4. After the cracks are sealed, the epoxy mortar has a certain strength to conduct pressure test leaks and check the sealing effect. Where the leaks occur, it shall be repaired and sealed until no leakage occurs.
5, configuration glue. According to the manufacturer's recommendation ratio, the proportioning test is performed, and the appropriate ratio is selected according to the actual situation on the site. The amount of glue to be dispensed at a time must be determined by the gel time and the speed of the glue.
6, plastic irrigation is one of the key processes of construction, should ensure the quality of glue.
(1) The plastic injection device is inspected before filling, and it can be used only if it is normal.
(2) According to the size of the crack area, single-space irrigation or district group hole filling can be used. Filling a crack can be from one end to the other.
(3) When the glue is to be filled, the core valve should be closed immediately when the next exhaust nozzle is out of the glue, and the glue is fed from the next exhaust nozzle.
(4) The sign of glue-stopping is that the glue-absorption rate is less than 0.1L/min, and the glue injection can be stopped by continuing the injection for several minutes.
(5) Immediately after the gluing, remove and clean the gluing equipment to prepare for the next use.
7. When the glue in the seam reaches the initial coagulation without efflux, the injection nozzle can be removed, and then the mouth of the irrigation nozzle can be wiped and sealed with oxygen clay.
8, after the end of gluing, should check the reinforcing effect and quality, found that defects should be remedied in a timely manner to ensure project quality.

Fourth, pay attention to matters
1. The structural glue has irritation to the skin. Some individuals have an allergic reaction. After the glue is cured, it is not easy to remove. 2, the higher the ambient temperature, the greater the amount of each glue, the shorter the operating time. Estimate the amount of glue used during each use period to avoid unnecessary waste.
