　　 2. Cultivate loose soil. Various methods are adopted to timely cultivate the loose soil, enhance soil permeability, improve the root growth environment, and promote root growth.

　　 3. Pay attention to the prevention of pests and diseases. Because of the long duration of rainy days, high humidity and insufficient light, it is conducive to the growth of pests and diseases. Therefore, timely prevention and control of pests and diseases should be carried out, and pesticides should be sprayed in time.

　　 4. Apply fertilizer in time after rain, apply appropriate amount of quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer to flooded crops to supplement nutrient loss caused by rainwater leaching, ensure fertilizer supply, and promote plant growth as soon as possible. Spring and summer maize growth and pre-fertilization conditions apply 10 to 15 kg of urea per mu; cotton field 10 kg of urea , 2.5 to 3.5 kg of potassium sulfate ; soybeans per acre of urea 5 to 10 kg. Cotton field and soybean combined with pest control, using 150 to 200 grams of potassium dihydrogen phosphate per acre to spray 30 liters of water on the leaf surface.

Finally, it should be noted that the application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer should cover the soil to avoid nitrogen loss during the hot and rainy season.
