Prior to this, Guangdong Province Hardware Mould Quality Inspection Center has been located in Songshan Lake, Dongguan City, Luo Baihui said that the inspection center as the first national-level hardware mold center in South China, will become a public service platform for product quality supervision and inspection, technology research and innovation of hardware mold enterprises. , further promote the industrial upgrading and development.

Luo Baihui said that metal stamping dies occupy the second most important position in China's total import and export volume of molds. Stamping dies accounted for 40.33% and 25.12% of the total import and export volume of molds.

In recent years, the development of the mold manufacturing process has mainly shown that: the product continues to develop in a direction that is more large-scale, sophisticated, complex and economical; the technological content will continue to increase; the manufacturing cycle will continue to be shortened; the metal stamping part processing mold production will continue to move toward informationization. , digitization, refinement, high speed and automation direction. Because the price of Chinese metal stamping die is relatively low compared to developed countries, it is very popular in the international market.

In order to promote the development of the Chang'an mold industry and cultivate high-end skilled talents, Chang'an Town is speeding up the construction of the Dongguan Hardware Mold Training Institute. The school covers an area of ​​15 acres and a building area of ​​16,000 square meters. It is expected to be put into use in September this year.
