Reasonable mixing can sometimes lead to synergistic effects of pesticides and better results than both. For example, organophosphorus chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate and pyrethroid-based beta-cypermethrin emulsifiable concentrate can exhibit synergistic effects, and the use of the two pesticides alone is much improved.
