The CNC lathes used in this competition are all rear tool holders. The hydraulic chucks are used in the employee group. Since the hydraulic chuck jaws have a stroke of only 5 mm, the position of the jaws needs to be adjusted several times during the machining process, which is a test for the players and completes the set. The processing sequence of the test piece shall be: runner → drive shaft → base → wheel carrier. It is the first time that the fixture is applied in the NC car competition. The fixture alignment, workpiece clamping and cutting parameter selection are a test for the players.

4. In the CNC milling test, the three parts of the machine base, turntable and slider are different in shape, and the processing parts are different. In particular, the assembly relationship of the three test pieces is quite characteristic. The finishing process is completed by using T-slot milling cutter. It is the first time in the competition.
