(1) The following items should be noted when storing unused lights:

1. Functional inspections should be conducted before entering the warehouse. Stores that do not work properly should not be placed in stock. After inspection, the well-lit lighting should be restored to its original package state and placed on a wooden board or shelf;

2. When the non-rechargeable light is stored, the battery should be removed and a function check should be performed every six months. The charging lamp is charged once every six months and the function inspection is performed;

3 , lighting lights shall not be heavy pressure, impact, charging lights to prevent the switch accidentally touch light;

4 , storage time should not exceed two years, non-rechargeable lighting battery should be sealed and stored, and should not exceed one year.

(b) The following items should be noted when using used lighting:

1. Before entering the inventory, you must clean it with a soft cloth or sponge to perform functional inspection to check whether its appearance is intact. If there is any crack, damage, or missing parts, it should be replaced and repaired. If it cannot be used normally, it must not be stored in the warehouse.

2. The battery should be removed before storage of the non-rechargeable lamp, and the function inspection should be performed once every six months. Charge it once every quarter and perform functional inspections;

3 , lighting lights shall not be heavy pressure, impact, charging lights to prevent the switch accidentally touch light;

4. Used lights must be stored separately from unused lights and must not be mixed with damaged or charged batteries, batteries to be replaced, or lights to be repaired.

5 , storage time should not exceed one year.

(I) The duty lighting should be ventilated and dry during storage to prevent crushing and impact.

(2) Lights should be used within the allowable explosion-proof grades to avoid contact with corrosive chemicals or use in water. Do not immerse oil.

(3) The lighting should be used in conjunction with personal protective equipment such as fire helmets and the following items should be noted:

1. Avoid direct contact with flames or high-temperature hot objects;

2 , avoid direct exposure to the eyes;

3. When the phenomenon of light dimming occurs during use, it should be replaced or evacuated in time.

(A) The lighting should be cleaned and charged in time after use.

(b) The cleaning process is generally wiped with a damp cloth, if necessary, a neutral detergent can be used for scrubbing, and washing is strictly prohibited.

(C) The rechargeable lamp should be fully discharged every six months.

(1) The firefighters should conduct a daily check on the duty lights they wear. The contents include:

1. Whether the shell is damaged, whether the parts are tight, and whether the lens is dirty;

2. Is the switch effective and the function is normal?

3 , check whether the power is sufficient;

4. Check whether there is an explosion-proof mark and confirm the explosion-proof level when it is used for the first time.

(b) The fire squadron should organize a weekly inspection of the lights on duty, including:

1. Whether the shell is damaged, whether the parts are fastened and the lens is dirty;

2. Is the switch effective and the function is normal?

3 , the battery needs to be replaced (full charge after the time than the new lamp to reduce more than half).

(C) After the maintenance of the lighting should be registered for the record.

Wearable explosion - proof lighting - Retired

One of the following conditions should be used for decommissioning:

(a) on duty for four years;

(2) The main components are damaged and cannot be repaired;

(3) Other must be retired.
