June 26 news, according to foreign media reports, recently a Google driverless car in Silicon Valley almost accidentally with competitors' unmanned cars. This is the first traffic incident involving two unmanned vehicles.

Jpohn Absmeier, director of the Automated Driving Program's global business, said on Thursday that a self-driving prototype modified by the Audi Q5 crossover was at Palo Alto. When a road was changed, the automatic car that was modified by a Lexus RX400h from Google stopped the route and was forced to cancel the change.

Absmere said that he witnessed the incident as a passenger and said that Delphi’s vehicles were “reacted properly” and there was no collision.

Delphi's Silicon Valley Lab is located in Mountain View, not far from Google's headquarters. It uses Audi cars as a prototype for automated car experiments, and Google uses more than 20 Lexus models to test autopilot.

Both companies have previously reported that their own unmanned vehicles had had a minor collision, mainly due to operational errors of other drivers.
