Before the installation of solid wood flooring:

1. Before installation, the installation worker shall introduce the installation process in detail, and must be approved by the user before construction.

2. If construction is not allowed in the following cases, it must be clearly explained to the user and the reason should be stated:

The ground is not dry (moist), not clean, no construction

Termites in the surrounding environment, no construction

Construction site cross-mixing operation, not construction

Use inferior, polluted, moist, erosible materials for keel, accessories, etc.

The construction period is too short to implement the process and the construction is not carried out

The user requirements are absolutely flat, no color difference, and no construction.

Solid wood floor installation:

1. Can be spread on the ground floor special moisture-proof, pest control powder.

2. Lay a layer of moisture-proof pad on the keel. The joints of the floor mats are preferably taped.

3. The overall trial shop: deployment of the floor color difference. The floor with the same tone and pattern can be placed in the living room, aisle or obvious place, and slightly differently placed under the furniture or at the corner to achieve overall aesthetic coordination.

4. When the floor is laid, 8mm or more expansion joints are reserved between the floor and the wall.

5. Do not apply any glue between the floor and plywood. According to local conditions, the corresponding expansion joints between the floor and the floor shall be left: generally 0.2-0.6mm. In the dry northwest, north, and northeast regions, the natural compactness between floors is generally preferred.

6. When nailing is required to lay the floor, nails shall be driven diagonally with special floor nails. Steam nails shall not be used.

Solid wood floor installation construction requirements and fixed skeleton:

1. During the construction, moisture and insect repellent treatment shall be carried out first, and pest control powder shall be sprinkled first, and moisture-proof paper (membrane) shall be provided. Moisture-proof paper (film) should be stacked more than 20cm, and it must be spread 10cm above the foot of the wall.

2. When keel laying method is adopted, the keel and accessories must be dry, and the keel and accessories cannot be used with poor quality, pollution, moisture, erodibility, and insect-repellent materials. Otherwise, construction cannot be performed.

3. First level the ground (if the ground level difference is too large, the leveling should be done with a bolster). The keel is fixed on the ground by means of hammer drill or nail between the keel and the keel.

4. Keel and walls or other floor materials are spaced 5-10mm.

5. If there are pipes or heating facilities on the ground, when the keel is laid, the keel should be replaced by new keel steel, aluminum alloy, etc., or short wood keel by adhesive.

6. The laid keel should be flat and securely inspected. If it is not flat or secure, it cannot be laid on the floor.

Solid wood floor installation acceptance:

Acceptance time: generally accepted within three days after the installation of the floor.

Basic requirements: when the floor width direction laying length is ≥ 6m, or when the floor length direction laying length is ≥ 10m, reasonable intervals must be taken. Adjoining floors shall be left with expansion joints and transitions shall be made with decorative strips.

The entrance floor should be partitioned, leaving expansion joints and transitions with decorative strips.
