Introduction of electric mortise lock
The electric mortise lock or electric control lock (please see the picture on the right) is an electronically controlled lock that drives the extension or retraction of the "latch" through the on-off of current to achieve the function of locking or opening the door. Of course, the realization of the function of closing the door and opening the door needs to be realized in cooperation with the "magnetic sheet".
It includes many materials due to manufacturing industry related many fields. Many basic materials belong to manufacturing industry.
It is identified by purity and granule/block size, purity is the main identified method. It is used in different products as per its size.
It is basic material for many fields, such as pharma, chemical, dying, washing industry, and manufacture industry. Some are powder, some granule, some flake, some crystalline.

Generally, an electric mortise lock is composed of two main parts: a lock body and a keyhole. The key part in the lock body is the "lock tongue", which can realize two states of "closed door" and "opened door" in cooperation with the "lock hole". That is, the lock tongue is inserted into the lock hole to close the door, and the lock tongue leaves the lock hole to open the door. It is because of the retractable function of the lock tongue that it was given the name "electric mortise lock". It is precisely because of this feature that electric mortise locks are often used for various swing doors (two-way opening). At the same time, its "hidden" installation features are more suitable for places that require high confidentiality of the lock body.
There are two types of electric mortise locks at present, two types are unlocked when power is turned on and unlocked when power is turned off, that is, the state when the former is powered off is that the lock tongue is inside and the door is opened, and the latter is the reverse. However, under normal circumstances, fire protection requires that the door be opened with power off to prevent them from opening automatically when a fire occurs!
The current electric mortise lock has 2 cores (power supply + 12V and -12V), 5 cores (power supply + 12V and -12V and door sensor status and common point) and 8 cores (power supply + 12V and -12V and door sensor) The two status points and the common point also have 3 points of the lock core).
The simple way to distinguish the surface of the electric mortise lock is to look at the appearance. Another simple method is to weigh the weight with your hand. Generally, the good quality is heavier.
When installing, you need to install the lock body (including the lock tongue part) in the spine beam, and then install the lock piece (including the lock hole part) in the upper part of the movable fan. During installation, it is necessary to adjust the corresponding positions of the lock tongue and the lock hole, and the corresponding positions between the ground spring and the ground lock. For framed glass doors, use a locking plate; but for frameless glass doors, a small door clip "lower bracket" must be used as a keyhole.
The electric mortise lock has the following properties:
1. Lock tongue strength: If the lock tongue is weak, the phenomenon that the lock tongue automatically retracts, or the reaction force is poor, the lock tongue does not expand and contract in time, and loses the meaning of "lock".
2. Lock body temperature in working state: No electric mortise lock does not generate heat in working state, but should not reach the level of "boiled eggs".
3. Working current: This index is related to the strength of the lock tongue and the temperature under the working state of the lock body. An accurately designed electric mortise lock should find a balance between the two.
4. Working voltage: usually there are two kinds of 12VDC / 24VDC, and most of them are 12VDC. The biggest advantage of 24VDC is that its required operating current is small.
5. Lock body size: For places with special installation dimensions, this indicator is particularly important. Some engineering size requirements cannot be met by design.
6. Feedback signal: Some electric mortise locks provide the detection function for the lock state, such as the detection of the position of the magnetic piece and the state of the lock core. Can achieve higher security requirements.
7. Delay design: It can realize automatic closing after a delay of several seconds after opening the door. This function is designed for some access control systems that cannot be set on delay.
