[Abstract] Through the analysis of the difficulties in the construction of duplex stainless steel composite plate storage tanks, the determination of the installation method and the clear technical requirements of the materials, a reasonable welding process plan and manufacturing and installation technical measures are formulated. In view of the problems of plate irregularity, groove selection, effective thickness control and multi-layer surface protection during the manufacturing and installation process, effective technical measures and technical requirements are formulated in time to ensure the entire storage tank is manufactured. I. Overview

In recent years, in the petroleum, chemical, salt and other industrial fields, stainless steel clad plates have been widely used due to their excellent corrosion resistance and low cost. The stainless steel clad plate fuses stainless steel and carbon steel by explosive metallurgy forming process. The cubic storage tank belongs to an atmospheric pressure vessel, the working pressure is -0.5～2.0MPa, the working temperature is 104°C, the material medium is mother liquor, the medium property is non-toxic and corrosive, and the bottom plate and the wall plate of the storage tank are S22053/Q235B composite board, specifications For (2+10) mm, the tank size is φ 11 000 mm × 9000 mm.

Although the volume of the cubic storage tank is not very large, due to the complicated manufacturing characteristics of the duplex stainless steel composite sheet material and the influence of various comprehensive factors on the site, reasonable installation schemes and processes are adopted in the process of manufacturing and installation. Technical measures to ensure the duplex structure of duplex stainless steel clad laminates is the focus of both manufacturers and owners.

Second, the difficulty analysis of composite plate storage tank construction

In recent years, duplex stainless steel clad plate equipment has become very common in pressure vessel manufacturers, but at the project site, the manufacture and installation of duplex stainless steel clad tanks is extremely rare, because of the installation and installation of on-site tanks and container manufacturing plants. Compared to hardware facilities and environmental resources, manufacturing and installation are more difficult. First of all, when welding the bottom plate, it is necessary to consider the welding quality of the duplex stainless steel clad plate, and take necessary measures to prevent the deformation of the bottom plate. Secondly, in the process of stacking the coaming plates on the tank wall, not only It is necessary to take corresponding tooling measures to ensure the process size requirements of the longitudinal and circumferential welds of the siding, and also to consider the welding process factors and technological measures of the siding in the vertical or horizontal welding process to ensure the duplex stainless steel composite board. The effective thickness, comparative example and corrosion resistance of the transition layer and the composite layer during the welding process. In addition, during the whole manufacturing and installation of duplex stainless steel clad plate equipment, corresponding protective measures must be taken at all times to avoid surface scratches or mechanical damage and other alloying elements.

Third, the reverse chain lifting flip-chip process

According to various comprehensive factors such as tank structure, construction quality, construction machinery and equipment, on-site working conditions and environmental conditions, the cubic storage tanks are installed by eight external reverse chain lifting and flipping methods. Specific construction procedures: tank bottom assembly, welding → top ring wall panel assembly, welding → tank top assembly, welding → lifting → other layers of wall panels are assembled in sequence, welded → lifting device removal → tank attachment installation → machine tool withdrawal.
