When the angle valve interface is damaged, the angle valve must be replaced or the entire LPG cylinder should be replaced, but the user cannot replace or repair it. The cylinder (along with the angle valve) should be sent to the professional maintenance department for disposal. If the two interfaces are not aligned, just re-align the pressure reducing valve inlet to the angle valve interface and slowly rotate it in the left direction (counterclockwise direction) to screw it on smoothly.
2, the pressure reducing valve leaks
(1) Cause The upper and lower cover screws of the valve body are not tightened; the rubber film in the valve body is damaged; the air inlet seal ring is aging and damaged.
(2) Treatment method: tighten the upper and lower cover screws; replace the rubber film; the rubber sealing ring at the connection between the pressure reducing valve and the cylinder plays the role of sealing and supplying air. It will wear and age after long-term use, even when replacing the cylinder. Will fall off on its own and cause a lot of running out, causing serious accidents. Therefore, every time you replace the cylinder, when installing the pressure reducing valve, you should pay special attention to check whether the rubber sealing ring is intact, whether it is aging or wear, especially when installing, you must check the sealing ring for loss. If it has been aging or worn, it should be replaced in time, but it is not feasible to cut it with film, and a special sealing ring must be used.
3, the breathing hole is blocked and cannot be adjusted
(1) The original sleepy did not pay attention to daily maintenance and cleaning, so that the debris contaminated the pressure reducing valve, and the small round hole with a diameter of about 1 mm in the upper casing was blocked. The small round hole is the breathing hole, and the breathing hole communicates with the upper surface of the rubber film in the pressure reducing valve. When the diaphragm moves up and down, the air continuously enters and exits from the breathing hole to realize the pressure regulation. Therefore, if the breathing hole is blocked, the air above the diaphragm cannot enter and exit normally, and the pressure regulation of the liquefied petroleum gas is disabled, causing the high-pressure liquefied petroleum gas to directly supply air, causing the flame of the burning appliance to suddenly increase or ignite and ignite, causing a fire. Or a poisoning accident.
(2) The treatment method is often checked and cleaned to keep the breathing hole open. When the leaking liquefied petroleum gas is found in the breathing hole, it indicates that the rubber film is damaged. Immediately close the angle valve, remove the pressure reducing valve, replace the diaphragm or replace the new pressure reducing valve.
4, the flow or pressure is not normal
(1) The flow rate is reduced.
The main reason is that it is used for too long, causing the rubber seal to expand and deform. If it has been deformed, replace the apron.
(2) Insufficient import pressure.

Usually, it is caused by the clogging of the filter. The filter should be cleaned and kept clear.
