Diaphragm valve maintenance and installation

Diaphragm valve maintenance and installation precautions: 1. Diaphragm valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, stacking is prohibited. 2. Liner or rubber diaphragm surface Do not brush grease, so as to avoid swelling of rubber and affect the valve life. 5. During storage or during deactivation, hand wheel should be rotated counterclockwise, the valve is in micro-Kai state, to avoid the diaphragm due to long-term compression and loss of elasticity. 6. During transport or installation, the sling should not be tied to the hand wheel or stem. And it is forbidden to collide with other metal or hard objects to prevent damaging parts and lining rubber. 7. Before installation, should carefully check the pipeline operating conditions and the medium is consistent with the scope of the valve to avoid improper use of unnecessary losses, and even accidents. 8. In addition to should not be applied to the vacuum line, the pipeline can be installed anywhere for two-way flow, but should ensure that the operation and maintenance convenience. 9. Before installation, the body cavity should be cleaned to prevent dirt blocking or damage seal parts, and check whether the connection bolts fastening parts. 10. During operation, the parts in contact with the medium must be checked frequently, and the wearing parts should be replaced on a regular basis according to the actual usage. 11. When changing the diaphragm, care should be taken not to over-tighten or loosen the diaphragm. 12. Used in intermittent running pipe, then stop using the period, the contact area should be cleaned with the media to extend the service life. 13. In the manual control of the diaphragm valve, the valve should not be opened or closed by means of auxiliary levers to avoid excessive torque damage to the drive parts or sealing parts. 14. After the overhaul of the diaphragm valve, before the application, according to the relevant provisions of the test conducted after the leak test before installation.
