The following five methods are used to determine the wiring mode of the stator winding of the three-phase hydraulic motor: 1. The connection mode of the winding is determined from the neutral point of the three-phase winding. If the neutral point of the winding is found, the winding is Y-connected; The neutral point is the △ connection method. 2 Under normal circumstances, the small three-phase asynchronous motor of 4KW and below adopts the Y connection method, and the △ connection method is often used for the larger than 4KW. This is because the need to use the Y-△ starter at the start is considered. 2. Determine the number of poles of the motor from the appearance. The number of poles can be seen according to the model on the nameplate. It can also be estimated according to the following formula: 2p=f×120/nN. Where: f----power frequency (HZ), nN----rated speed (r/min). Eg1: Y160L-6, the last 6 is the number of poles of the motor. Eg2: The rated speed of the motor nameplate is 1480r/min, then the number of poles of the motor is 2p≈f×120/nN=50×120/1480=4.054≈4 (pole) 2The motor has been overhauled and the nameplate has not changed. In the case of this, it is necessary to check whether the actual number of poles of the stator winding matches the motor nameplate. There are two methods for inspection: a. Check the pitch of the coil because the pitch of the coil is close to or equal to the pole pitch. For example, a 4-pole motor has a coil pitch of about 1/4 of the circumference of the stator core. b. Count the number of coils between adjacent phase insulating pads at the end of the coil. This number is the number of slots per phase of the coil per pole, and then calculate the number of poles of the motor according to the formula: 2p=Q1/qm1. Where: Q1----the total number of slots of the stator, m1-----the number of stator phases. Eg1: It is known that the number of stator slots of a three-phase asynchronous motor is 72, the number of coils of adjacent coil sets is 6, and the number of poles of the two-layer winding is 2p=Q1/qm1=72/6×3=4 (pole) Eg2: A three-phase asynchronous motor, known to have a stator slot number of 66, is a fractional-slot winding, and the number of coils between adjacent phase-to-phase pads at the end of the winding is different, and there are 3, 2, 2, 2, and 2, which are repeated later. Then, the number of poles of the motor is 2p=Q1/qcpm1=66/11/5×3=66/33×5=10 (pole), among which the average number of pole phases must be determined: qcp=3+2+2 +2+2/5=11/5. 3. Discriminating the winding type 1 The connecting line between the coil groups is the tail and the tail end are connected, and the head is connected with the head end, which is an explicit pole winding. 2 The connection line between the coil groups is the head and tail connected, which is the hidden pole winding. 3 Single-layer windings are mostly used on small motors, and the winding type can be discriminated according to the number of slots q per phase per pole. When 4q=2, it is a single-layer chain winding. When 5q=3, it is a single-layer cross winding. 4. Determine the number of parallel paths of the winding from the connection between the power line and the pole phase group. If the neutral point is found and the power line is only connected to one wire or one coil group, it can be concluded that the winding is a 1Y connection. 2 If each power cable is connected to two coil ends, the winding may be 2Y or 1△ connection, find out whether there is a neutral point, if any, it is 2Y connection, and vice versa is 1△ connection. 3 If each power cord is connected to the end of three coil sets, the winding is a 3Y connection. Since the end of the connected coil group is an odd number 3, there is no 3△ connection or 3△ connection, because if it is a 2△ connection, the power supply line must be connected to the end of the 4 coil sets, if it is 3△ In the connection, the power cord must be connected to the ends of the six coil sets. 4 If each power cord is connected to the end of 4 coil sets, the wiring of the windings may be 4Y or 2△ connection. Check if there is a neutral point in the winding. If there is, then it is 4Y connection, if no , is the 2△ connection method. 5 If each power cord is connected to the end of five coil sets, it is 5Y connection. The number of parallel circuits a of the 6 windings is related to the number of poles 2p of the motor. For example, a 10-pole motor winding cannot receive 8 parallel ways. 5. Discriminate the number of windings of the coil and strip the connecting lines between the coils to insulate or cut them.
