Recently, the relevant officials of the National Energy Administration said in an interview with the media that since the current PV conditions are basically complete, it is possible to formally implement the "Photovoltaic On-grid Electricity Price Law" in the second half of the year. The so-called "on-grid electricity price law" is to make up for the shortcomings of the national "plan" through the management of on-grid electricity prices. In Germany, for example, in 2004, Germany implemented the revised “On-grid Electricity Price Lawâ€, which stipulated that photovoltaic power generation must be online, and the power sector must be purchased according to the prescribed electricity price. The on-grid electricity price will drop by 5% per year. At the same time, Germany has also issued a series of preferential loans, financial subsidies and other policies. Some analysts believe: "If the on-grid tariff method is introduced, the domestic PV market will start quickly." Because, "the on-grid electricity price method has the characteristics of strong operability, more emphasis on practicality, and higher efficiency of subsidy funds."
