Shanghai Aichi Forging Co., Ltd. 6300 ton hot forging press recently completed the mechanical assembly and passed the test run, which marked the successful manufacture of the equipment.

The 6300 ton hot forging press is one of the most powerful press projects in the domestic hot die forging series. The total weight of the equipment is 664 tons, including the combined frame, crankshaft connecting rod drive system, pneumatic clutch system and disc. There are thousands of different parts and components such as friction braking systems, and the electric and pneumatic control systems are cumbersome. Double is produced strictly in accordance with the technical requirements of the process. The product was tested for electric and gas-linked air load test for up to 12 hours.
