Brief analysis of CNC operator steps
Before the mold workpiece is processed, the programmer and the operator are the key to the success or failure of the workpiece. Simply talk about the steps of the CNC machining operator to get the programming program:
First, before processing ;
A. Whether the extension length of the workpiece is sufficient, whether it will be milled to the jig during processing.
B. Whether the clamping force of the vise and other treatment tools is sufficient, confirm the clamping force according to the material, size and shape of the workpiece, and confirm whether the workpiece will move during machining.
C. Will the processing of large workpieces interfere with the moving parts of the machine and will exceed the stroke?
D. Confirm the name of the called program, and the calling path is consistent with the program drawing file.
E. Confirm that the tool used meets the tool requirements in the program file.
F. Confirm that the zero setting of the workpiece meets the requirements of the program design.
G. Check whether the internal coordinate system of the machine has correction codes and values that are not related to this machining.
Second, processing
A. There are abnormal phenomena such as frequent vibration and screaming in the cutting;
B. When processing with a discarded cutter head, always observe whether the blade is in good condition;
C. When processing small tools, pay attention to the blowing position and keep the chip removal normal to prevent broken knife;
D. When milling aluminum, pay attention to the coolant injection position and pay attention to the sticking knife at any time. Â
Third, after processing is completed
A. After the processing is completed, it should be checked: (A) Whether there is residual material (B) Whether there is a vibrating knife on the side wall (C) Whether the workpiece conforms to 3D (D) Check the version and the lettering for leak-free processing. Â
B. The working fluid on the surface of the workpiece is cleaned. The edges and edges of the workpiece need to be cleaned of the burrs, and then sprayed with anti-rust oil !
C. Clear the machining program and coordinate correction data inside the machine and start the machining of the next workpiece. Â
