3 Pro/INTRALINK implementation application
At present, the company's communication enterprise application Pro/INTRALINK mainly carries out the electronic warehouse management of project technical data and documents, mainly implementing the following aspects from the following aspects.
3.1 Establish the basic structure of the database directory tree
In order to facilitate management, we built a file cabinet Filevault in the server to manage engineering data such as graphics and other communication products. In the file cabinet, the product directory is the main line, and the database directory tree in the form of a folder is established on the basis of the project system, as shown in the Product_data folder in Fig. 4, and an auxiliary folder such as Library, a standard component Standard module library is established. , FORMAT standard templates, etc. After entering the Intralink system, you can learn about the establishment of the system directory tree in the Administration and Commonspace. (1) Click Administration>System>Folders>Root Folder, and the folder interface under the Root Folder is expanded as shown in Figure 4.
2) 0_Library. It is mainly used to store various types of library files. When designers design in the Intralink environment, all kinds of library files that are needed will be called in each subfolder of the folder.
3) 0_Pro_Stds. It is mainly used to store Pro/ENGINEER application standard template files; designers can download the files in this folder to the local, and install and configure according to the installation instructions.
4) 0_Proe_Q&A. It is mainly used to store the relevant empirical documents and frequently asked questions generated during the use of Pro/ENGINEER tools.
5) 0_Standard. It is mainly used to store various design standards and document specifications of the company.
6) Product_Data. It is mainly used to store structural design data of all products of the company.
7) Temporary. Mainly used to store documents for temporary design classes.
