The stator windings of three-phase asynchronous motors are all made of one or several parallel enamelled round copper wires. When the stator winding is seriously damaged and cannot be repaired, all the original windings must be removed. How to disassemble it? How to operate and listen to the editor of Dalan Motor to tell everyone.
1. Electric heating method:
When the three-phase stator winding is not broken, the three-phase winding can be connected into a closed loop, and then the appropriate AC voltage is added to the stator winding to heat the stator winding of the motor and soften the insulation paint. The AC voltage can be output by a single-phase voltage regulator and a step-down transformer. When using this method, care must be taken to properly select the capacity of the voltage regulator and the step-down transformer. The current passing through should not exceed its rated current to avoid damage to the voltage regulator and the step-down transformer. After the insulation of the winding is softened by heating, the power is cut off, a slot wedge is cut, one end of the winding is cut off, and then the winding is removed with tools such as pliers and a screwdriver.
2. Oven heating method:
Put the stator core and winding to be disassembled together in an oven for several hours to soften the insulation, and then use the above method to remove the stator winding.
3. Cold dismantling method:
First cut out the slot wedge, and then cut off one end of the winding, and then use a screwdriver, pliers and other tools to gradually remove the winding from the core slot. For three-phase asynchronous motors with low power, such as when the conductor at the end of the stator winding has been firmly adhered after painting, it can be removed with a special flat shovel and punch. Use a special punch which is similar to the core slot cross section but slightly smaller. The rotor turns slowly from the slot down to the stator winding in the slot. Since the end under the stator winding is firmly adhered, it must start from a certain slot The rotor turns down, and the stator winding in each slot should not be washed down too much at one time, and finally all the windings are taken out of the core slot as a whole.
