Hydropower investment is expected to exceed 700 billion yuan
Polishing Machine
The abrasive polishing uses abrasive cloth strips, sisal and abrasive rolls as abrasives to sharpen the edge of the workpiece, the surface burrs and the edge of the workpiece after painting; the function is complete, the processing range is wide, mainly used for the door plate and the bottom plate. Paint polishing, including solid wood doors, composite doors, sticker doors, cabinet doors, wardrobe doors, and other door panels, such as PU, paint panels, primer panels, polishing of white workpieces can be used. It can replace the polishing worker to complete the work efficiently.

According to the data, China’s power infrastructure investment in January-February this year amounted to 45.1 billion yuan, compared to 36.7 billion yuan in the same period of last year, an increase of 22.89% year-on-year, of which the fastest-growing one was hydropower, an increase of nearly 100% year-on-year. The investment in thermal power continued to decline. The investment in thermal power from January to February this year was only 7.9 billion yuan, a decrease of 54.34% year-on-year.
On January 29 this year, the “Decision of the Central and State Council on Accelerating the Development of Water Conservancy Reform†was published as the Central Document No. 1 this year. This is the eighth document No. 1 issued by the central government to guide agricultural and rural work since the beginning of the new century.
The reporter noted that the document pointed out that “multi-channels should be used to raise funds, and efforts should be made to increase the average annual input of water resources in the society in the next 10 years compared with 2010â€, “to extract 10% of land transfer proceeds for irrigation and water conservancy construction,†and “extensive Attract social funds to invest in water resources." During the interview, a number of experts said that the Central Document No. 1 contained a relatively high amount of gold, which actually solved the issue of funds for water conservancy construction.
“Our preliminary calculation shows that if this 10% can be implemented, according to the total amount of land sales revenue in the previous year, 60 billion to 80 billion yuan of funds can be allocated for construction of farmland water conservancy projects.†Minister of Water Resources Chen Lei is in the country on January 30th. The new office conference said.
Orient Securities predicts that China's water conservancy investment will fully accelerate during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, and water investment in the next five years is expected to reach 800 billion to 900 billion yuan. The investment in hydropower will increase by 80 million to 88 million kilowatts, and the investment will be over 700 billion yuan, which is more than three times the actual investment in the “Eleventh Five-Year Planâ€.
According to the report of Essence Securities, investment in water conservancy will not only directly promote its main industries, but will also stimulate the needs of various upstream and downstream industries and promote the concept of investment in large-scale water conservancy projects. Including engineering construction, pipe and pipe, hydropower equipment, water-saving facilities, hydropower and sewage treatment. Since China aims to achieve a renewable energy ratio of 15% by 2020 and hopes that hydropower will account for 9% to 10% of primary energy, China will accelerate its investment in hydropower in the next five years.
From the newly released new energy data, it also confirms the sharp increase in hydropower investment. From January to February of this year, the country’s new power production capacity (formally put into production) was 3.85 million kilowatts, which was only 1/3 of the same period last year. In the same period of last year, the country’s new power production capacity (formally put into operation) was 12.31 million kilowatts.
Analysts pointed out that the decline in electricity demand has led to a decrease in new installation pressure. Statistics show that from January to February this year, the total electricity consumption of the whole society was 749.7 billion kwh, which was a year-on-year increase of 6.7%. In the same period of last year, the electricity consumption of the entire society reached 702.5 billion kwh, an increase of 12.32% year-on-year. In other words, the growth in electricity consumption this year has dropped by nearly 50% year-on-year.
However, the main force for the decline in new installed capacity is the reduction in installed thermal power. From January to February this year, thermal power installations dropped from 9.91 million kilowatts last year to 2.73 million kilowatts this year, a drop of up to 263%. Industry sources pointed out that the increase in new installed capacity of thermal power equipment was mainly due to the long-term loss of thermal power business of power companies, the lack of enthusiasm for investing in thermal power, and the country's slow approval of thermal power.
Unlike the substantial increase in the number of new thermal power installations, the newly installed capacity of hydropower is generally stable. At the same time, the investment in hydropower shows a rapid growth, and the hydropower investment in January and February increased by nearly 100% year-on-year. Xue Jing, director of the Statistical Department of the CEC, said that as of 2011, the installed capacity of the aircraft under construction was nearly 160 million kilowatts, including 100 million kilowatts of hydropower.
