The installation sealing surfaces must not be scratched or damaged. 2. Carefully inspect the seat cover of the crankcase cylinder to ensure that the mounting surface is smooth and free of scratches, scratches or other defects. Check the flatness between the cylinder sleeves of each cylinder, and the flatness shall not exceed 0.1mm within the total length of the crankcase liner plane. 3. If there is slight scratch or strain on the bottom hole of the crankcase main shaft, it can be polished and smoothed with fine oil stone or No. 00 sandpaper. When severe scratches, strains or cracks in the diaphragm are used, they can be repaired by the following methods: (1) When minor scratches, strains or roundings occur, it can be solved by expanding the bottom hole of the main shaft to match the tile. (2) If the scratches, scratches and scratches are deep, the partitions of the box are cracked or the bushings are rotated, they can be repaired by thermal spraying. If the main bearing cap is damaged, all the main bearing caps of the same diesel engine must be replaced at the same time. Check the coaxiality of the bottom hole of the main shaft and the camshaft hole in the entire length, that is, the axis of the adjacent two holes, which must meet the requirements of the Deutz air-cooled diesel engine. 7. If the main bearing cap bolt and cylinder head bolt are damaged or cracked, they must be replaced. When the cylinder head bolt extension exceeds the specified value, it must also be replaced. 8. Cylinder head bolt holes and other threaded holes allow reaming inserts to be treated, but the reamed thread bottom holes should be kept at their original dimensions. 9. When the cover on the crankcase is poorly sealed or loose, replace the cover and apply sealant. 10. After the crankshaft main shaft wear exceeds the limit, it must be replaced according to the repairing grade requirements according to the repairing size of the crankshaft main journal to ensure that the clearance between the crankshaft journal and the main bearing bush meets the specified requirements. The standard dimensions of the spindle repair grade are as follows: 11. The clearance between the camshaft bushing and the camshaft journal must meet the limit requirements. If it exceeds the limit size, it must be replaced. When installing, it must be noted that the oil hole on the bushing is aligned with the oil hole on the crankcase. 12. The crankshaft main bearing and camshaft bushings are not over-exposed, but the surface must be replaced when there are scratches, pitting, pits, etc. 13. There are no scratches, eclipses or other damages on the crankshaft main shaft and the camshaft bushing. You can use the color inspection method to determine whether it can be used continuously. If the colored area is small and uneven, the crankshaft must be ground. 14. Clean and inspect the crankcase ventilation device. If there is crack, damage or damage, it should be repaired or replaced. 15. Check the respirator. If it is damaged or damaged, it must be repaired or replaced. If it is impossible to judge whether the respirator is good or bad, you can confirm at the test machine: high-speed idling diesel engine, measure the crankcase exhaust gas pressure, and ensure that the exhaust gas pressure is in the range of 2 to 6 mbar. When this value is exceeded, the respirator must be repaired or replaced. 16. Check the diesel engine mounting legs, oil pan, flywheel casing, rear oil seal cover, accessory bracket and other parts. If there is crack, deformation and damage, replace it.
