The random inspection results showed that the fiber composition and content of 21 batches of products were unqualified, accounting for 22.5 of the unqualified total. The main reason was that the measured data of the test results were inconsistent with the content of the original label components, and there was a phenomenon that the content of the ingredients was high or low. 4 batches of PH value over the range, that is not conducive to human skin health but also easily lead to the occurrence of various skin diseases. The quality of 14 batches of product labels was not standardized, accounting for 15% of the total number of unqualified products. The main reason was that the labeling content and requirements were not implemented according to the current standards and safety technical requirements, and there were many missing elements. The color fastness of individual products failed. The color fastness of 2 batches of products did not meet the requirements set by national standards, accounting for 2% of the total number of unqualified products. Clothing with poor color fastness tends to fall off and fade when it comes in contact with water, sweat, or saliva.

Regarding the major quality problems found during spot checks, the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision has instructed the municipal quality and technical supervision departments to strictly follow the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of the product quality law, and dealt with enterprises that failed to meet the quality requirements during the spot checks in accordance with the law and supervise the enterprises within the time limit.
