1. The power cord has a wrong phase sequence. This situation mostly occurs on overhauled hydraulic lifting platforms. The hydraulic lifting platforms are equipped with phase-loss and phase-failure protectors. Due to incorrect wiring, the hydraulic lifting platform reconnected after overhauling results in wrong phase sequence of the power cable. The damage of the emergency stop button, limit limit or rising limit can cause the contactor of the main power contactor or the control motor to operate and the hydraulic lifting platform cannot rise.
3. Control circuit issues. Short circuit or open circuit of the control line can bring great impact on the hydraulic lifting platform, resulting in the hydraulic lifting platform can not rise. Short circuit of the control circuit can lead to damage of the control circuit fuse core, which can result in damage to the control power supply in severe cases. The control circuit is disconnected, so that the control signal cannot be transmitted to the plc, and the operation signal of the electric motor or the solenoid valve cannot be transmitted to the contactor or the solenoid valve.
4. Damage to electrical components leads to hydraulic pressure. Damage to the contactor or other electrical components can cause the switchboard to fail to operate properly and the hydraulic lifting platform cannot rise.

1. The hydraulic circuit is blocked. The failure of the hydraulic circuit means that the hydraulic line is blocked and the hydraulic oil cannot reach the hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic circuit blockage is mainly caused by various valves in the hydraulic system (one-way stop valve, reversing valve, regulating valve, etc.), resulting in valve blockage due to: dirty hydraulic oil, solid particles in the hydraulic oil, causing the valve to jam or block Valve mechanical reasons cause the valve to open, the valve is blocked; solenoid valve or control valve electrical part causes the valve to open.

The system pressure is too low, and the pressure of the overflow valve will also cause the system pressure to be too low; the leakage of the hydraulic system will also cause the pressure of the hydraulic system to be too low. For example, if the hydraulic pipe is severely leaking and the oil cylinder is seriously leaking, the hydraulic system will also result. The pressure is too low, and the hydraulic lifting platform cannot increase with the load.

The mechanical reasons that cause the hydraulic lifting platform not to rise and fall are: 1. The drive chain is disconnected. This problem mainly occurs on rail-driven hydraulic lifting platforms using chain drives. 2. Scissor lift mechanism is damaged. This problem mainly occurs on the scissor hydraulic lifting platform.
