New cutting technology big PK

Laser cutting is the energy released when the laser beam is irradiated onto the surface of the workpiece to melt and evaporate the workpiece to achieve the purpose of cutting and engraving. It has high precision, fast cutting, not limited to cutting pattern limitation, automatic typesetting saves material, and the slit is smooth. And so on, the metal laser cutting machine will gradually improve or replace the traditional cutting process equipment.

It uses the laser beam emitted from the laser generator to be focused into a high power density laser beam irradiation condition through the optical path system. The laser heat is absorbed by the workpiece material, and the temperature of the workpiece rises sharply. After reaching the boiling point, the material begins to vaporize and form a hole. With the high-pressure airflow, as the beam moves relative to the workpiece, the material eventually forms a slit. The process parameters ( cutting speed, laser power, gas pressure, etc. ) and the trajectory of the slit are controlled by the numerical control system, and the slag at the slit is blown off by the auxiliary gas of a certain pressure.

The plasma cutting machine is a new type of thermal cutting device . Its working principle is that compressed air is used as the working gas . The high temperature and high speed plasma arc is used as the heat source to partially melt the cut metal and simultaneously melt the high speed airflow. The metal blows away and forms a narrow slit. The equipment can be used for cutting various metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, carbon steel, etc. It not only has high cutting speed, narrow slit, flat cut, small heat affected zone , low deformation of the workpiece, simple operation , and remarkable energy saving effect. The equipment is suitable for the manufacture, installation and maintenance of various mechanical and metal structures. It is used for cutting and cutting of medium and thin plates, opening, excavating, opening and cutting.

Plasma cutting machines work in much the same way and are generally divided into two parts: the drive unit and the cutting head box. The driving device is used to drag the cutting moment, and the continuous x and Y coordinate values are given by the set driver . The driving motor drives the cutting moment to change the position on the workpiece at a constant speed according to the coordinate transformation. At the same time, a constant plasma beam having a temperature above 2000 degrees is ejected at the cutting tip to melt and penetrate the workpiece. When cutting a two-dimensional arbitrary curve, the cutting graphic is generally written by a computer in a numerical control language to execute a corresponding program, and the execution program is converted into a machine code and then replaced with a command for driving the motor, thereby completing the cutting. Cutting straight bars is simpler, just by locking a certain direction of movement through the clutch and moving in the other direction. The device that produces and controls the plasma flow is called a headbox. The device consists of circulating cooling water, plasma gas pipeline, protective gas pipeline and electrical circuit. The electrical part can be mainly divided into power supply, arc detection and control circuit, protection circuit, arc starting device, rectifier device, cutting torch and so on. The temperature of the tip is very high. The circulating cooling water is used to ensure the cooling of the cutting moment. The plasma gas is sprayed to generate the wind and wind pressure required for cutting and stabilize the plasma arc. It can be air or other gas; the rectifying device makes the input. The three-phase alternating current is converted to a direct current output that provides the energy of the plasma stream.

According to the survey, the demand for cutting in the US has improved significantly since the third quarter of 2012. Of the respondents, 74 % said that the market will grow (the proportion in the third quarter is 50 %) and 13 % is flat (first) The proportion in the third quarter was 32 %), and 13 % was down ( 18 % in the third quarter ). The fourth quarter of 2012 achieved a higher single-digit growth over the same period last year, exceeding many previous expectations.

According to the report, China's performance in the quarter was basically the same as that of the same period last year, and Europe showed a medium-digit single-digit growth, mainly due to the weak demand in the German market. Emerging markets have performed quite strongly and achieved double-digit growth, with the Mexican market continuing to remain strong and the Brazilian market improving.

The CNC cutting industry is slowly recovering, and the market demand is also different. For small and medium-sized manufacturers, it may be limited by the financial ability, or the cutting accuracy requirement is not very high. It is best to choose a plasma CNC cutting machine. Compared with lasers, the cost is lower and the cutting effect is just as perfect.
