The bag filter is a dry dust collector suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt. The dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtering effect of the fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag filter, the particles with large particles and large specific gravity are settled due to gravity. Down, it falls into the ash hopper, and when the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is retained and the gas is purified.

In the trial run of the bag filter, special attention should be paid to the following points:
1. The installation situation of the dust filter bag, whether there is any bag drop, loose mouth, wear and the like after use, can be determined by visual inspection of the chimney discharge after commissioning.
2. Pay attention to whether the condensation in the bag room exists and whether the ash discharge system is unblocked. Prevent blockage and erosion from occurring, and the grief will affect the production of the main engine.
3. Adjustment of the cleaning cycle and cleaning time. This work is an important factor in the function and operation of the dust trap.
4. The air volume and the pressure and temperature of each test point are consistent with the design.
5. The direction of rotation, speed, bearing vibration and temperature of the fan.
If the dust collector is too long to clean, the geogrid will cause the filter bag to leak and break. The distance between the two cleaning times is called the cleaning cycle, and the general cleaning cycle should be longer, so that the dust collector can operate under the economical resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully study the dust properties, dust concentration, etc., and determine the cleaning cycle and time according to different cleaning methods, and adjust to achieve better cleaning parameters during the test run. A sharp change in the temperature of the dust removal accessory gas causes deformation of the fan shaft, resulting in an unbalanced state, and vibration occurs during operation. Once stopped, the temperature will drop rapidly and vibration will occur again when restarted. When the bag type dust removal accessory starts to operate, abnormal temperature, pressure, moisture and other problems often occur, which will cause damage to the new device.
