The precipitation will be 10-20 mm in the next week. The cold air affecting China is strong. The average temperature in most parts of central and eastern China is 1~2 °C lower than normal. The eastern part of Inner Mongolia and the southeastern part of China are about 3 °C lower.

Small to medium snow will appear in the north of Xinjiang, the central and eastern Inner Mongolia, the north central part of Northeast China, the Shandong Peninsula, and the southwestern part of Tibet. III. Concerns and Suggestions The strong cold air from 28th to 31st will bring strong winds and cool weather to most parts of China, and there will be strong snowfall in Xinjiang, Tibet and Shandong. Relevant localities and departments need to strengthen their prevention of adverse impacts on transportation, power supply and heating, agriculture, animal husbandry and people's lives.
The Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea should pay close attention to the changes in ice conditions and prevent the adverse effects caused by sea ice.
The drought in most areas such as North China and Huanghuai will continue. The winter wheat area needs to strengthen field management, and adopt measures such as suppression, fertilization and cover to protect against drought and freeze, so as to ensure winter wheat safely.
