The "Pure Metal Nanoparticle Materials and Preparation Technology" project independently developed by Tianjin University has so far produced metallic nano-powders such as iron, cobalt, nickel, aluminum, copper, ruthenium, and chromium, as well as manganese-aluminum-nickel memory alloys, and stainless steel. Nano-powder, its preparation technology and powder purity have reached the leading domestic and world-class level. Pure metal nanoparticle materials have a wide range of application prospects in fields such as magnetic recording equipment, computers, environmental protection, biopharmaceuticals and nuclear industries, and aerospace engineering. It can also be used as a raw material for radar absorbing paints in military applications. It is used for the stealth of aircrafts and vehicles and is used in large quantities.
It is understood that the scientific and technological achievements successfully launched by Tianjin University can not only be produced continuously for 8 hours, but also have high output efficiency. The output of nano-iron powder can reach 120 g/h. At the same time, it solved the global problem of not spontaneous combustion of pure metal nanoparticles from the vacuum in the atmosphere, making the purity of nano-aluminum powder 99.9%, and it became a pioneer at home and abroad.
